Progressive dies for hinge cups, mounting plates, brackets and connector bodies. Tooling is made and maintained in-house, so a dimensional change is a tooling job rather than a new supplier search.
Drawer slide profiles rolled, hardened and assembled with ball retainers, dampers and detents, then cycle-tested before packing.
Zinc alloy handles, knobs, lock bodies and levellers, deburred and prepared for plating or powder coating.
Nickel, chrome, black nickel, brushed brass, matte black powder coat and custom colour matching against your sample.
Hardware kitted per carcass or per SKU, bagged and labelled so the assembly line opens one bag per unit instead of sorting loose parts.
Cycle testing, load testing and salt-spray on request, with the results supplied as a datasheet rather than a verbal assurance.
The two words get used loosely. This is what each one gets you from us.
You supply the drawing, the sample or the existing part number. We tool for it, or adapt an existing die, and produce to your dimensions, material and finish. The part carries no branding of ours.
You tell us the furniture, the load and the market. We propose a specification from what we already tool, adjust the finish and packaging to your brand, and supply it under your label.
